Doctor in Chemical Sciences and Professor at the University School, Ángel Benito Beorlegui is one of the main references in sports within the Polytechnic University of Valencia. An affirmation that is reflected in the different sports responsibilities within the University, was the first Vice-Rector for Sports of a Spanish University, a position he held from March 2004 to July 2013, who presented the resignation.

A link with this sector reflected in an extensive history. Among other responsibilities, he has carried out the functions of the UPV Sports Area management (1992-2004), has been the Director of the Training Program of this same area since 1996, a position that he has also held in the Athlete Assistance Program Esportestudi since 1999. Other positions such as that of member of the Consell Valencia de l´Esport, or that of elected representative of Spanish Universities in the Permanent Commission of the Spanish Committee for University Sports of the Higher Sports Council, in the periods 1996-1998 and 2004-2006, representative of the UPV at the Valencia CF and Levante UD Foundations, endorse his career at the forefront of the sports world.

Ángel Benito has participated as a researcher in numerous national and international scientific projects, as well as in a large number of scientific publications in the field of inorganic chemistry on chemical sensors, all of them in international journals. He was also Academic Director of the Colegio Mayor Galileo Galilei from November 1999 to March 2004 and President of different External Evaluation Committees, within the National Quality Plan for Universities (ANECA).

Professor at the UPV where he directs the Chair of Sport and the Master in Organization, Management and Administration of Sports Entities and Organizations. He belongs to the GEPACV Board of Directors. Director of more than 400 Master’s theses, more than 350 Final Degree Projects, 100 permanent training courses in the areas of sports event safety, Quality and Environmental management, in addition to other areas of engineering and organization of Business.

He has collaborated in research projects for the CVE, the Levante UD Foundation, CD Castellón, the Organization of the F1 European GP or the Valencia Open 500.

Co-responsible for the implementation of the Sports Excellence Award and the S10 Quality Mark, and promoter of the inclusive wheelchair soccer project in collaboration with the RFEF and AEDFI.

José Jabaloyes Vivas. PhD in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (1997). Professor at the University of the Department of Statistics and Applied Operational Research and Quality at the UPV. (5 five years 1998-present).

Deputy director of the department of applied statistics and operational research and quality of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2001-2005) and Director of the Institutional Quality Management and Planning Area of ​​the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2005-2013).

EFQM accredited evaluator for the club excellence in management. Member of the Research Center for Quality and Change Management of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Author of numerous books, papers and research articles (3 six-year terms) in the field of Quality Management and Data Analysis.

Author of 9 theses as well as more than 300 final degree projects and master theses in the field of statistical quality control and total quality management.

Responsible for numerous technology transfer projects for the implementation of quality management systems based on ISO-9001 standards and on models of excellence such as the EFQM model.

Responsible for the project to define quality indicators in the scope of the network of quality centers in the Valencian Community. Responsible for the research project for the design and implementation of process management in the Valencian Employment Service.

Graduate in Business Management and Administration and current Director of Strategic Projects and Innovation in the Chair of Sport at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).

Different professional stages with managerial and managerial functions in the public and private spheres (Instituto Tecnológico del Mueble, CEOE or Generalitat Valènciana) have formed extensive experience in revitalizing business and institutional environments.

As a strategic consultant, he has participated in numerous national and international projects of feasibility studies based on innovation and internationalization and directed projects for the repositioning of business organizations and entities, institutional agents and Public Administration.

He currently works as Secretary of the Master in Sports Business Management of the Polytechnic University of Valencia and is the President of the Alumni Association of the same Master.

Member of the Futsal Committee of the Football Federation of the Valencian Community and Coordinator of the FFCV Indoor Soccer Teams of the FFCV.
