The Hague Apostille is a single legalization, agreed by various countries in order to eliminate the lengthy procedures for consular legalization. A document legalized with the Apostille of The Hague in the country of origin of the same is accepted directly, without further legalizations or procedures, in any other country signing the Hague agreement. Although it is a legalization accepted by many countries, it is important to note that not all Hague Apostilles are the same, since each country, recipient of the document, accepts one format or another (do not forget to expressly indicate that it is for Spain when you make the request).

Foreign students must present the apostilled title (Hague Apostille) if they want the Master’s Degree in Management, Organization and Administration of Sports Entities and Organizations to be issued. It is preferable to send it before the start of the course but it can be sent during the course or even once it has finished. Without the Hague Apostille, the student can only receive a certification issued by the UPV Permanent Training Center indicating the studies carried out.
If you reside in a country not adhered to the Hague Apostille, the administration of the UPV Permanent Training Center will have to be consulted as to what type of document is required, although the course can be carried out while carrying out these procedures.
All the processing can be done through the Internet. Payment can be made by transfer from a bank in your area, via online banking or even by bank card. The procedure for registering is as follows:
Send the scanned documentation to info@mastergestiondeportivaupv.com (indicated above).
Indicate the number of payments to be made: a single payment or three payments.
Indicate the desired payment method: bank transfer, card or direct debit.
Make the registration payment with the receipt that will be sent to you from the UPV Permanent Training Center in the days following the sending of the documentation and within the deadlines indicated on the receipt itself.
The access codes to the course are sent by e-mail to the students who have made the payment one day before the start of the course. With these keys you can access the UPV online training platform (called PoliformaT). If the payment of the registration is delayed, the delivery of the keys is delayed, although it is possible to follow the course normally if it starts up to 1 week after starting.
In the face-to-face Titles the regulations indicate that:
“Exceptionally, up to 20% of professionals without a university degree who meet the legal requirements for access to the university and who accredit at least 3 years of experience in the subject related to the course, may be admitted …”
The previous limitation was raised in order to maintain the teaching level in the course and the homogeneity of studies among the attending students. With the new online training methodologies, the heterogeneity of the group of students goes to the second level since the student studies more self-taught from the material provided by the teaching staff. That is why up to 40% of places can be admitted for students who do not meet the conditions required by the Polytechnic University of Valencia to issue their own Degree.
To enroll in the studies of the Master in Management, Organization and Administration of Sports Entities and Organizations, these students must sign a document in which they state that they are knowledgeable that they will NOT be able to issue the Master’s Degree in Management, Organization and Administration of Entities and Sports Organizations as long as they do not meet the required requirements. These students will receive a certification of the studies carried out, being issued by the Permanent Training Center. If in the following years the academic situation of said students changes (having accumulated sufficient work experience, completion of university studies, etc.), the student may request the issuance of the Title, along with the documents that prove their change of status.
The document they must provide in order to enroll can be similar to the following:
D.*** with identification document ******, interested in registering the Master’s Degree in Management, Organization and Administration of Sports Entities and Organizations offered by the Polytechnic University of Valencia, I declare that: I am aware that I I comply with current regulations for access to a Title that requires a minimum of 3 years of work experience together with an official title of Professional Training, which will not allow the issuance of the Title Master in Management, Organization and Administration of Sports Entities and Organizations as long as the conditions required in the regulations of the Polytechnic University of Valencia are not verified to be able to issue a Title. Likewise, I am aware that the Permanent Training Center of the Polytechnic University of Valencia will issue me an Attendance / Use certificate of the various modules / subjects that make up the studies in which I enroll. The schedule of the face-to-face Master sessions is Monday, Thursday and Friday from 17:00 to 21:00 in the AIR NOSTRUM and FRANCISCO GARZN Rooms of the ETSID of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Eventually some classes or visits to facilities will take place in the morning or outside school hours, depending on each teacher / subject / facility / visit. If the student is unable to attend for work or other reasons, they will have to justify it by email to the organization of the Master or notify the class delegate well in advance.
All the teaching material developed for the Master in Management, Organization and Administration of Sports Entities and Organizations will be progressively delivered to the students in class following the instructions indicated by the teachers of each subject or module. The contents of the course are kept in digital format and, at the end of the Master, a Pendrive is delivered to the students with all the documentation seen during the course.
The studies of the Master in Management, Organization and Administration of Sports Entities and Organizations are taught in person, therefore, attendance is MANDATORY and 25% of classes can be duly justified. The course is recognized with 60 ECTS credits to students who complete the course. 60 ECTS equals a 600-hour classroom course. These hours of student work are indicative since they vary according to abilities and previous training in related areas.
Each of the tests / activities / homework / exam / work will be valued between 0 and 10, communicating the grade obtained to the student by internal mail, either by the teacher, the coordinator or the Delegate. This note will count towards the final grade of the module, making average with the rest. Once the module is finished, the minutes of the same will be closed by issuing the corresponding certificate of “Assistance / Use” that will be issued by the Center for Permanent Training of the Polytechnic University of Valencia .
Students who meet at least one of the following conditions:
Be in possession of a university degree.
Be in possession of a Professional Training degree (FP2 or higher or equivalent qualification in other countries) plus three years of work experience accredited by a company or official body.
They may receive their own Master’s Degree in Management, Organization and Administration of Sports Entities and Organizations. The final grade associated with the Own Title will be the average of the grades obtained in the five modules plus the Master’s thesis. In the event of obtaining a grade lower than 5, the issuance of the title may not be carried out, and a job proposed by the management of the Master in Management, Organization and Administration of Sports Entities and Organizations may be carried out to achieve said minimum grade of 5 and then request the issuance of the corresponding title.
The above conditions are those established by the Polytechnic University of Valencia so that a Proprietary Title can be issued , as can be read at http://www.upv.es/entidades/CFP/info/739836normalc.html and http: // cfp.blogs.upv.es/2010/01/13/%c2%bfcuales-son-los-requisitos-generales-para-acceso-a-un-titulo-propio/ .
Students who do not meet the above conditions will be able to access the training and will receive a certification of the studies carried out, which will be issued by the Permanent Training Center. If in the subsequent years the academic situation of said students changes (having accumulated sufficient work experience, completion of university studies, etc.), the student may request the issuance of the Title. These students, in order to enroll, must sign a letter stating that they are aware that they will NOT be able to issue their own title until their personal conditions change.
All the evaluation is done through the teaching staff and they propose you to carry out tests / activities / tasks / exams / assignments depending on the number of hours and the model of the classes. Some teachers let you do these exercises with the notes in front and in several days, within the indicated deadlines. Students will be able to ask questions about the exam content via email and contact the teacher directly. You can see the contents of the modules at www.mastergestiondeportivaupv.com
Internships in companies are not compulsory although we do consider them necessary for the face-to-face Master student. During the year, the student will have various interviews with the Director and with the Master’s Secretariat to comment on their impressions of the Course and guide them to where they can carry out the practices with the different entities that have a collaboration agreement. The student can also propose to the Organization events or activities that are not within our agreement to contact us on behalf of the student so that they can carry out the practices there whenever possible and that the Entity accepts the conditions of collaboration of both the UPV as of the Master.
The Master, through the Chair of Sport, can offer different Scholarships to the students of the editions depending on their Curriculum Vitae and they will be informed of the conditions in the personal or telephone interview with the Director of the Master.
There are, for students, a 25% discount for members who belong to any federation / club / professional college with which the UPV Master of Sports Management has signed a collaboration agreement and whose list of entities appears in advertising and on the Master’s Website in the “Entities” section.
